This is a list of 15 great real estate apps that can be used by real estate agents who want to put technology to work for them. These Android apps are beneficial to the Realtor on the go.

1. Suburb Scout

Finding the best properties in an area is crucial for maximizing the resale value of a home. Suburb Scout is a great app that helps ensure that potential nuisances are identified. Having this information can benefit home buyers and realtors when searching for homes. Things such as airports, sewage plants, landfills, prisons and nuclear plants are highlighted with the Suburb Scout app.

2. Zillow

One of the handiest apps available for real estate agents and prospective home buys is the Zillow app. It provides a Zestimate, Zillow’s estimated value of a home or real estate property.
