Microsoft Warns Powerpoint Zero-Day Flaw

Once again hackers have succeeded to launch an unpatched flaw in Microsoft PowerPoint. Microsoft warned PowerPoint users not to open strange or unexpected PowerPoint e-mail attachments. A person can be exploited when he opens the file rigged for the attack, then PowerPoint will access an invalid object in memory that allows an attacker to remotely execute code on the system.

Microsoft Unveils New Servers for Small Company

Microsoft Corp, the world’s largest software company launched Windows Server 2008 Foundation, a new range of server systems for small companies, into the market on Thursday.
This Windows Server 2008 Foundation software can accommodate up to 15 users and will cost less than $1,000 for the hardware and software combined, the company said.
Analysts believe that the Microsoft’s new offering Windows Server 2008 Foundation costing less than $1,000 has grown four times faster than any other price range for comparable single processor servers.

Microsoft Smartphone: Rumor or Truth?

It is still not completely cleared but still market is worm by this news. One analyst has predicted that device may be introduced at GSMA Mobile. This phone may be include Nvidia’s Tegra processor and a telecommunications baseband chip from Qualcomm.
