Luxury products like clothes, handbags, shoes, and jewelry can be made easily, but the talent of the businessmen lies on keeping shoppers convinced that the brand name alone is worth paying extra for. The world’s biggest brand consultancy Interbrand has ranked companies based on its brand value. Louis Vuitton takes the first place in the list of the best luxury brands in the world.

Louis Vuitton

The French fashion house, Louis Vuitton grabs the top place in the list of luxury brands in the world. The company, with a brand value of $23,577 million, has a wide range of products including luxury trunks, leather goods, shoes, watches, jewelry, accessories, sunglasses, and books.

Gucci

The Italian fashion and leather goods brand Gucci, worth $9,446 million, features finely crafted leather accessories like handbags, shoes, clothing, watches and jewelry.

Hermes

The luxury French brand Hermes’s products include silk scarves, leather and perfumes, lifestyle accessories, ties, clothing, watches, stationery, footwear, gloves and decorative among other products. The company has a brand value of $6,182 million.

Cartier

The Paris-based brand Cartier is popular for its exquisite jewelry and wrist watches. Having a brand value of $5,495 million, the company has a collection of leather goods and accessories.

Tiffany & Co

The luxury American multinational jewelry and silverware corporation, worth $5,159 million, has a wide collection of china crystal, fragrances, personal accessories and leather goods apart from its renowned diamond jewelry.

Burberry

The British luxury fashion house, with a brand value of $4,342 million, is known for its accessories, bags, shoes, watches and fragrance among other products.

Prada

Prada is an Italian fashion label, worth $4,271 million, best known for its leather accessories, shoes, luggage and hats. Runway shows, boutiques, perfumes and LG Prada mobile phone are its products today.

Ralph Lauren

Ralph Lauren Corporation is an American lifestyle brand which produces clothing, accessories, footwear, fragrances and furniture with a brand value of $4,038 million.
