HP-Mini-311

HP’s Ion-powered netbook delivers strong graphics performance and long battery life in a sleek package. It can deliver high-def video playback, better gameplay, and faster video editing. The Mini 311 combines elements from several of HP’s larger notebooks: its black lid (also available in white) bears HP’s Swirl pattern. There’s no surprises when it comes to the port selection on the Mini 311. On the left side is a USB and HDMI port; on the right is Ethernet, VGA, two USB, headphones, and a 3-in-1 memory card reader.

It is marketed as more suitable for displaying newspaper and textbook content. The Kindle competes with other e-paper devices: the Barnes & Noble nook, the Sony Reader, iRex iLiad, the Jinke Hanlin e-Reader, and CyBook by Bookeen.

Barnes & Noble’s Nook

Barnes-&-Nobles-Nook

Barnes & Noble nook is an electronic book reader developed by Barnes & Noble, based on the Android platform and has a MicroSD expansion slot for extra storage. The device was released on November 30, 2009. The nook will compete with the Amazon Kindle, Sony Reader, and other readers, and will include Wi-Fi and AT&T 3G wireless connectivity, a six inch E Ink display, and a separate, smaller colour touchscreen that serves as the primary input device. Samsung-TL-225-Camera

It’s a small, sleek camera with an attractive design and captures bright, accurate colours in all lighting conditions and resolution is good overall whilethe images get soft at edges with zoom at wide and telephoto settings. Toshiba Regza SV670 Series 400

Toshiba-Regza

The REGZA SV670 Series is Toshiba’s top of the line set of LCD HDTVs introduced in the first half of 2009 and are the first line of HDTVs that utilize an LED backlight for improved power efficiency, and picture quality. What Toshiba calls “FocaLight” is a full LED backlight solution that uses a grid of lights to power this display. This technology allows for local dimming for improved static contrast ratios and is better than competitive edge-LED lighting, but not quite as sophisticated as Sony’s tricolor LED solution. From a features perspective the SV670s are very similar to the ZV650 line with the same ClearFrame 240Hz technology, and USB digital media reading.

Dell Adamo

Dell-Adamo

Adamo (Latin for “I’m fall in love with”) is a Dell subnotebook focused on design and mobility. A notebook prototype was unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show on January 9, 2009. Dell also claims it is the “world’s thinnest laptop”, at 0.65 inches thick. It is a slim luxury ultraportable intended to compete with Apple’s MacBook Air, Lenovo’s Thinkpad X301, or HP’s Voodoo Envy 133 laptop. The Adamo was released on March 17, 2009, in the US with a 1.4 GHz (or 2.1 GHz) Core 2 Duo processor, 2 GB (or 4 GB) of 800 MHz DDR3 memory, a 128 GB SSD, and a 13.4-inch widescreen with a 1366×768 resolution. PS3 Slim

ps3slim

The PlayStation 3 Slim has received extremely positive reviews as well as a boost in sales; less than 24 hours after its announcement the PS3 Slim took the number-one bestseller spot on Amazon.com in the video games section for fifteen consecutive days before regaining the position again one day later. The PS3 Slim also received praise from respected PC World giving it a 90 out of 100 praising its new repackaging and the new value it brings at a lower price as well as praising its quietness and the reduction in its power consumption. The PS3 slim (officially called the PS3 CECH-2000) features an upgradeable 120GB hard drive and is 33% smaller, 36% lighter, and consumes 34% less power than previous models. The cooling system has been redesigned and Cell processor has moved to a 45nm manufacturing process. It sold over a million units in its first 3 weeks on sale. The PS3 slim also includes support for CEC (more commonly referred to by its manufacturer brandings of BraviaSync, VIERA Link, EasyLink and others) which allows control of the console over HDMI. The PS3 slim also runs quieter and cooler than previous models due to its 45 nm Cell. The PS3 Slim no longer has the ability to install third party operating systems such as Linux, and also no longer has the “main power” switch, like the previous PS3 models, which was located at the back of the console. The PS3 slim was officially released on September 1, 2009 in North America and Europe and on September 3, 2009 in Japan, Australia and New Zealand. CNET awarded the PS3 Slim four out of five stars praising its Blu-ray capabilities, 120GB hard drive, free online gaming service and more affordable pricing point, but complained about the lack of backwards compatibility for PlayStation 2 games.

Then share your video in an email, post it to your MobileMe gallery, publish it on YouTube, or sync it back to your Mac or PC using iTunes. The new 3-megapixel camera takes great still photos, too, thanks to built-in autofocus and a handy new feature that lets you tap the display to focus on anything (or anyone) you want. With a built-in digital compass, iPhone 3GS can point the way. Use the new Compass app, or watch as it automatically reorients maps to match the direction you’re facing. iPhone 3GS offers accessibility features to assist users who are visually or hearing impaired. These features include the VoiceOver screen reader, a Zoom feature, White on Black display options, Mono Audio, and more. iPhone includes built-in Nike + iPod support.
