Bugatti Veyron Supersport

Bugatti Veyron Supersport is the world’s fastest car and the most expensive one. This Volkswagen production knocked off the record of Ultimate Aero TT’s speed of 412.28 km/h with a top speed of 431 km/h. The price for this fastest fury Supershot is $2,600,000. The Veyron features an 8.0 liter, quad-turbocharged, W16 cylinder engine, equivalent to two narrow-angle V8 engines. It was named as the Car of the Decade by the BBC show Top Gear.

Ferrari 599XX

Ferrari 599XX takes the second position in the list with an estimated price of $2,000,000. It is an Italian gran tursimo developed by Ferrari. This is not designed for street legal, rather it is designed for track use only. The 599XX is powered by a 6.3L V12 engine with an output of 750 HP at 7000 rpm and 516 lb-ft of torque.

Zenvo ST1

Zenvo ST1 is a Danish sports car produced by the Danish car manufactures Zenvo Automotive. The cost of the super flyer is estimated at $1,800,000. It is powered by a 7-litre V8 engine with an output of 1,250 hp and 1,430 N·m of torque. The production is limited due to the steep price.

Koenigsegg Agera R

This mid-engine sports car is developed by Swedish car manufacturer Koenigsegg and is priced at $1,711,000. The ‘R’ version Agera runs on biofuel, rather than petrol. The car is powered with 5.0-litre twin-turbo-charged V8 engine which has a superior speed of 457 km/h. It generates 1,115 PS at 6900 rpm and over 1,000 N·m of torque.

Aston Martin One-77

Aston Martin One-77 grabs the fifth position in the list. The car is a two-door coupe produced by Aston Martin. It has a naturally aspirated 7.3 liter V12 engine with 750 hp. Aston Martin which has a high speed of 200 MPH is priced at $1.4 million.

Maybach Landaulet

Maybach Landaulet is world’s one of the most powerful series from the car manufacturing giant Maybach. It is powered by V12 biturbo gasoline engine with an output of 620 hp and 738 lb-ft of torque. German auto manufacturers took a long time to build this excellent vehicle and it is available at a price of $1,400,000.

Pagani Huayra

Pagani Huayra occupies the seventh place in the list at a $1,300,000 price tag. This Italian mid-engine sports car is produced by Pagani. It is powered with a twin-turbo Mercedes-AMG 60° V-12 engine that produces 700 hp and 1,000 N·m of torque.  The engine provider for this car is Mercedes-Benz’s AMG division. It runs at a top speed of 230 mph.

Hennessey Venom GT

Hennessey Venom GT from Hennessey Performance Engineering valued at $1,000,000. It is equipped with a twin-turbocharged version of the General Motors’ 6.2 L LS9 V8. It generates 1,200 bhp and 1,155 lb-ft of torque. It can achieve a top speed of 275 mph.

SSC Tuatara

SSC Tuatara from Shelby Super Cars goes for a $970,000. It is the fastest production car on the market. It runs on unleaded petrol and is powered with a 6.9 liter twin-turbo V8 engine. It delivers 1,350 hp and 1,042 ft-lbs. This is considered to be one of the fastest production cars in the world with a top speed of 276 miles per hour.

Porsche 918 Spyder

And at last in the tenth position, it is the Porsche 918 Spyder at $845,000. It is the mid-engine sports car designed by Porsche which is powered by a 3.4 liter V8 engine with 580hp. It is the first plug-in hybrid car from Porsche. It has a top speed of 210 mph.
