Miruko: Wearable eyeball robot for Game, Surveillance

Technology.am (Sept. 29, 2009) — “Miruko,” a wearable eyeball-shaped camera robot is capable of tracking objects and faces.
Miruko with a built-in camera and wi-fi capabilities is designed to augment human perception by sensing and reacting to objects that are invisible to the human eye.

Miruko camera robot can be used as an interface for a virtual monster-hunting game. Miruko’s roving eye scans the surroundings in search of virtual monsters.
