Technology.am (Aug. 27, 2009) — Nokia, has recently announced, the Booklet 3G, a mini-laptop that is based on Intel Atom processor and rumored for $799.
The Nokia Booklet 3G weighs in at 1.2 kg and is 2cm thick. It will run on Microsoft Windows 7 and its key features include 10.1” screen, 3G/HSPA, HDMI port (for HD video out), and Wi-Fi connectivity as well as A-GPS support.
In addition to expanding its product line, Nokia aims to extend its Ovi services from handsets to PC products as the Booklet 3G will come with Ovi features such as Ovi Music Store, Ovi Maps and also Ovi Suite, the sources said. Nokia say that the Booklet 3G has up to 12 hours of battery life.
